Cat is our wonderful dog trainer. She has a Diploma in Canine Nutrition and Canine Behaviour and Training as well as a Diploma in Puppy Training. In 2016, Cat worked for Vikki, our previous dog trainer, at You and Your Dog.

Steve has worked with people his entire life and loves dogs. For him, The Nelson ARK combines the best of both worlds; it also allows him to give of himself – both in time and experience.

Brian’s role at the Nelson ARK is Education Facilitator. A retired enrolled nurse, Brian has spent most of his life helping others – either directly or through his involvement in many community groups and organisations.

Before coming to work for us, Jo spent more than 20 years’ working at zoos in Cambodia, Australia and America. A committed rescue worker, Jo has helped save ex-pets, orphaned monkeys, gibbons and chimpanzees from danger; the latter for The Jane Goodall Institute.
